Better late than never....

Seems it has been a while since I have been on here. I have been doing very little photography and a lot of work on my home. The work on my home has paid off in my eyes, I love it. Gary has helped me so much and now he gets to rest. Of course, he did have knee surgery too so he has too. :) I couldn't have accomplished it without him. I love that man.

I am very frustrated with my kids. Actually, one particular kid which would be Zac the Ripper. He is feeling his wheaties and boy is he. I am running thin on patience and the disrespect he is plopping out there is killing me. I simply want to put duct tape over his mouth so it can't come out his lips but the strong stick that silver cure all has could do damage to such young lips. All I can say is "pray a little more".

I did get to do a photo shoot with my little cousin Chloe. That was nice to see her again. Such a cutie pie!

Working hard but not with photography :(

I do have a wedding coming up but right now I have been up to my ears with cabinets. I tore out my old ones and have new pretty ones up now. I stained and stained and stained. Gary (love of my life, next to my boys of course) has worked like crazy on them. Gary and my dad worked side by side and very well together might I add. I was impressed with the way they meshed. I on the other hand showed my fannie a few times. Some over saw dust in my coffee maker and some over measurements. Thank the good Lord my honey has the patience of Job and my dad wasn't there to see it. :)

My boys are doing well. Cub Scouts are a big hit with them and they seem to love it. I love watching them love it. They look so handsome in their uniforms. Hopefully, once my home updates are over I can have more time for more pictures. I miss my photography. I miss a calm, quiet night.

Long day and I'm pooped!

Well, well... Gary volunteered to help me stain some cabinets and put them in for me. He is quite the handyman. He can do anything and I mean anything. But he doesn't prefer painting/staining. I stained while he done demo around the kitched. Nothing like a man with power tools! I just hope I get some of this mess cleaned out prior to the boys coming home Monday. We even got my uncorrupted dvr put in place... Now, if it will just activate I'll be good.

In October Zac will be going to a Math team competition and I am so very proud of him. Eli has decided to make and sell comics. How wonderful! I will be working with my mentor again on my big project soon. Last but least, Cub Scouts is having a Camp Haunted! Big month for us.

For now I am hitting the hay, I am exhausted from today. Wish me luck for tomorrow... after church........and after lunch of course.

Here she is. I tried to resize my picture because the resolution is not what it should be. Operator error on my part. I do not do so well on transporting images from email. I usually transport them directly from my camera. But since this was done with Mike's D300 (oh so sexy of a camera) I had him email this picture to me. I loved this picture of her. Isn't she beautiful.
